Honey-

This piece of work is an assignment which I completed within Typography. The assignment directions were to, “Design a poster that clearly labels and diagrams the typographic terms below in a creative and interesting way. Use any typeface or combination of typefaces that help to illustrate the terms. Use any phrase or text that might help to make the layout and subject appealing. You may also use an illustration or image in the layout, as long as it does not interfere visually with the typographic terms.” The idea behind this piece of artwork, was with it being typography, I wanted to use a Bible verse that communicated “words”. Within this Bible verse, it mentions a honeycomb,” and this is where my idea of portraying an actual honeycomb throughout the background, and the color palette of a beehive/honey, came from.
